Assistant coach
Stacey Rollings

I began my rugby journey at the age of 11, first through school and later joining the British Army at 16. Over the course of 24 years, of my playing career I played for Regiment and Corps, and also my home Town of Bridgnorth RFC, becoming a passionate contributor to the sport.
As my playing days began to slow due to injuries, I embraced a new challenge by taking a refereeing course offered by the English Rugby Football Union (RFU). This shift allowed me to remain closely involved in the sport. Some of my notable highlights as a referee include officiating the match between the Dutch Army and British Army in Breda in 2010, being part of the refereeing team for the 2013 Royal Air Force vs. Royal Navy match, and participating in a pre-Rugby Sevens World Cup warm-up competition that featured international teams from Wales, Ireland, Argentina, and Kenya.
After relocating to the Netherlands, I continued to referee across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. I also enjoyed a brief yet fulfilling stint as a player/referee, at WRC Te Werve. Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to assisting various teams in a coaching capacity, specialising as a forwards and scrum coach, where I spent much of my playing career.
Looking ahead to the upcoming season, I am particularly excited about mentoring the younger players with less experience, helping them develop their full potential and deepen their understanding of the game. Which in-turn I hope helps to foster healthy competition that will elevate the first team while upholding the core ethos of this great club.
